Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled items. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies, but typically ranges between 5-10 business days after processing. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account. For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about a missing refund. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
